FAQs

Q: How do I sign up?
A: Come to any of our three locations, Cranberry, Wexford or Ross Township – and tell the attendant or cashier that you would like to sign up for an Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass. They will ask for your name and credit card information, as well as your email and phone number. The email and phone number are collected in case we need to get a hold of you about your pass or about billing.

Q: When will I be billed?
A: Your credit/debit card will be automatically billed each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Our Unlimited Monthly Wash Passes have no contracts, so you can cancel at any time. If you wish to cancel your pass, you must contact Jerry’s Car Wash via email at info@jerryscarwash.com. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date. If cancellation notification is not received within this time frame, you will be charged for that month. We will not provide refunds or credits for partial months.

Q: Can I upgrade or change my Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass?
A: Yes, you can upgrade or change your Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass at any time. Simply speak to a cashier or attendant when you visit any location, and they will help take care of the change for you.

Q: Can I use my Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass at multiple locations?
A: Yes! You can use your pass at any of our three North Hills locations – Cranberry, Wexford or Ross Township .

Q: Can I use my Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass for more than one vehicle?
A: No, your Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass adheres to the inside of your windshield and can only be used on that vehicle. The Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass is registered to the vehicle, not the customer. You can transfer your Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass to another or a new vehicle. Simply stop in to any of our three North Hills locations, Cranberry, Wexford or Ross Township – and an employee will help you.

Q: Can I add on services above and beyond what’s included with my Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass?
A: Absolutely. You can add on any extra service from our menu. Simply let the attendant know that you would like to add on a service, and the cost of that service will be charged to the credit card you have on file for your Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass.

Q: Can I transfer my Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass to another or a new vehicle?
A: Yes, you can transfer your Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass to another or a new vehicle. Simply stop in to any of our three North Hills locations, Cranberry, Wexford or Ross Township – and an employee will help you.

Q: What is the security process for having my credit card information?
A: We take credit card and customer data privacy extremely seriously. Our on-site system is compliant with national guidelines and regulations for protecting customer data.

Once your Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass is active, you can receive unlimited car washes on a monthly basis. Your credit card will be automatically charged each month until your pass is cancelled or terminated. You will not be pre-notified each month, unless there are changes to the program, in which case Jerry’s Car Wash would provide 30 days’ notice.

If you wish to cancel your pass, you must contact Jerry’s Car Wash via email at info@jerryscarwash.com. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date. If cancellation notification is not received within this time frame, you will be charged for that month. We will not provide refunds or credits for partial months.

All Unlimited Monthly Wash Passes are for a single vehicle only and are registered to the vehicle, not the customer. Unlimited Monthly Wash Passes may not be combined with any other discount or offer. Gift card balances cannot be applied to existing passes. Passes can be transferred to new vehicles with the help of a Jerry’s Car Wash employee.

Jerry’s Car Wash reserves the right to change or cancel our Unlimited Monthly Wash Passes at any time. We also reserve the right to close due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance or other issues.

Unlimited Monthly Wash Passes are applied to the interior windshield and must be applied by a Jerry’s Car Wash employee. If a customer is caught tampering with an Unlimited Monthly Wash Pass, the customer’s pass will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. Damaged tags should be reported immediately to a Jerry’s Car Wash employee or email info@jerryscarwash.com.
